Rye flakes are more rustic than oat flakes and gives a nice chewy texture to mueslis, breads and porridges.


Mueslis
Many mueslis comes with a blend of flakes from rye and other cereals, among other tasty ingredients such as nuts, seeds and berries. Make sure that rye are found early in the list of ingredients!
