RYE PATTIES
With cheese and garlic
2 portions

Ingredients
2 dl boiled pearl rye
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 dl shredded cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp rye grits
2 tbsp spelt flour
Salt

Instructions
1. Blend all the ingredients well, in e.g. a food processor, until even and shapeable. If it doesn’t stick together, add some more spelt flour.
2. Shape the patties with a spoon that has been dipped in oil.
3. Fry them using low temperature during approximately 4 minutes. 4. Serve them either warm or cold.
